Our work

For over half a century, about one hundred producers present with confidence their grapes to the winery La Torre.

All of them have a long tradition in the fields of viticulture and wine-making: by adding up all the years of each one’s activity you might state that La Torre di Castel Rocchero boasts 3,000 years of experience as well as harvests.

Our vineyards draw the landscape for 300 hectares between the high hills of Nizza Monferrato and Acqui Terme: here we are able to interpret at their best all those varieties typically grown in this area of Piedmont.

This gives rise to the best wines of the Monferrato: Barbera d’Asti, Dolcetto d’Asti, Grignolino, Cortese dell’Alto Monferrato, Chardonnay, Moscato d’Asti and of course Brachetto d’Acqui.

The new generations of winemakers are now working to give new shape to the experience of the founders, combining the old wisdom with their energy, new technologies and contemporary methods, to obtain very high quality wines.
