Noble French vine, Chardonnay has found its perfect location also in Piedmont ever since. La Torre closely follows the vineyards from which receives the grapes destined to become a fine Spumante Brut, produced using the Charmat method, under which the froth generation takes place in a large container, called “autoclave”, under pressure.
It can be served either in the cup or in flutes.
