Cortese is the most famous white grape of Piedmont, but the grapes coming from the small town of Gavi are something very special thanks to the soil, the microclimate and the breeze blowing lightly in the region during the spring season. Each year La Torre selects the product so to present an excellent Gavi DOCG. The oenologist has established a process of fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperatures, without aging, to preserve the freshness and fragrance of grapes.
