Fine sparkling brut, according to the Charmat method, pale pink in color, characterized by floral notes, fruity and minerals flavors.
Cool and very particular bubble, it is born from the exploitation of a historic vine (only in Piedmont) called “Brachetto”.
Vineyards located on the hills around Castel Rocchero, characterized by ideal exposure and altitude to favor the development of aromatic notes and intense aromas.
Soft and fragrant sparkling wine with a floral bouquet, a pleasant aftertaste of red berries and a fresh and elegant finish.
Grape Variety: 100% Brachetto
Vinification: grape pressing and separation after only a few hours of the must from the skins to prevent the translocation of the red color from the skins to the crushed. Tank fermentation (Charmat methond) up to the almost disappearance of the initial sugars of the grapes and an overpressure of 5/6 atmospheres.
Alcohol: 12,5% vol.
Acidity: 6,00 g/l.
Service Temperature: 6 – 8° C.
Our suggestion: Excellent as an aperitif but also in combination with important dishes and food. Suitable for all seasons and different times of the day, of course for parties.
