Rosé wine obtained from the grapes of our vineyards, Ca’d’Lia stands out for the intensity of its aromas and for its pleasantness on the palate.

Intense and fruity bouquet with notes of red fruits, fresh taste, pleasantly acidic and balanced on the palate.

Vinification:   Soft pressing of the grapes followed by a short maceration in press of 10/12 hours; racking, decanting of must and start of fermentation at controlled temperature (17 ° -18 ° C) for 20/25 days. Stabilization, filtration and bottling.

Alcohol:  12,50% vol.

Acidity:  5,5 g/l.

Serving Temperature:  10 – 12° C.

Our suggestions: Excellent as an aperitif and very suitable to accompany appetizers. It can be easily combined with cured and red meats and  dishes based on fish.
