Asti Secco DOCG

From white Moscato grape comes this dry sparkling wine. In this version it continues to amaze for the fragrance and balance between acidity and perceptive delicacy.

The Charmat method expected particular conditions of permanence with selected yeasts that bring to have a balanced and harmonious taste and flavor.

The result is unique and surprising.

With a particularly fine and persistent mousse, Asti Secco gives to the palate a fresh sensation that allows its consumption throughout the meal.

On the nose you can appreciate delicate floral aromas (acacia, lavender, sage) and fruity (apple, pear, banana).

Grape variety:  100% White Moscato

Vinification:  Soft pressing of the grapes, decanting of the must and start of fermentation at controlled temperature (18-20 ° C) for the depletion of sugars. Subsequent fermentation according to the charmat method.

Alcohol: 11,50% vol.

Acidity:  6 g/l.

Serving Temperature: 6 – 8° C.

Our suggestions: Excellent as an aperitif, it can be easily combined with cured meats, fresh cheeses, white meats, fish, shellfish and first courses such as rice.
