PIEMONTE DOC MOSCATO PASSITO
Piemonte DOC Moscato Passito is produced by drying the grapes on racks after harvest, during the September–October period.
This is followed by gentle pressing, static settling, and temperature-controlled fermentation, which stops naturally due to the increasing alcohol concentration.
The wine is bottle-aged for several months before release.
