December recipe: little pies with broccoli

A “green” appetizer that warms up the cold winter evenings: here is the recipe for the little pies with broccoli that we match with our Grignolino d’ Asti by La Torre di Castel Rocchero.

Ingredients for 4 people:
200 g broccoli
8 anchovies in oil
the breadcrumb of a little loaf
parsley
1 clove of garlic
extra virgin olive oil
salt

Boil the broccoli you already cleaned and, after draining, let them cool down; meanwhile, whisk the breadcrumb with the anchovies in oil, the parsley, garlic and oil in a thin flush until the mixture is grainy. Now oil four pudding molds and pour the previously obtained mixture, in the way that it will perfectly adhere to the bottom and the edges. Then place the broccoli inside, add a little olive oil and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.
